Terms of use
Terms governing use of webspringcore.click and engagements with Webspringcore in Malaysia.
Acceptance
By browsing webspringcore.click or commissioning an engagement described on this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request work.
Who we are
Webspringcore provides human-delivered app analytics reviews and related consulting for micro-mobility operators. Contact details appear in the site footer and on the contact page.
Site content
Pages describe services for information. Pricing figures are guides, not binding offers, until a written statement of work is signed. We may update copy, rates, or availability without prior notice.
Engagements
Scoped work begins only after written agreement covering deliverables, fees, deposits, timelines, and data-handling rules. Oral remarks in marketing calls do not amend that agreement.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and graphics belong to Webspringcore or its licensors. Client exports remain the client’s property. Deliverables are licensed to the commissioning client for internal use; republication of our findings requires written consent unless the statement of work says otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorised access, scrape in a way that impairs service, submit unlawful content through forms, or misrepresent affiliation with Webspringcore.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Webspringcore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or from business decisions made after reading our materials. Our aggregate liability under a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement unless a signed agreement states a different cap. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
No professional substitute beyond scope
Findings support operational and product decisions for micro-mobility fleets. They are not legal, accounting, or safety certification advice. Regulatory compliance remains the operator’s responsibility.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or related claims, subject to any dispute clause in a signed engagement agreement.
Changes
We may revise these terms by posting an updated page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for subsequent visits.
