A two-week review of rider-app events and depot notes that ranks retention leaks and idle clusters for one Malaysian fleet.
Who this is for
City managers and ops leads running shared e-scooters or pedal-assist bikes who already collect app events but struggle to turn exports into depot decisions. Typical clients operate one or two Malaysian corridors and need a clear priority list before the next seasonal tourism peak.

What is included
We work from anonymised event exports you provide (CSV or warehouse query results): trip start/end, unlock outcomes, geofence refusals, payment step exits, and vehicle status pings. You also share a short depot diary for the same window — rain days, events, and known outages help us avoid false alarms.
What is excluded
We do not rewrite your app, change pricing in production, or host ongoing dashboards. Hardware repair, battery logistics contracts, and regulatory filings remain with your team. If exports lack vehicle IDs or timestamps, we pause and reset scope before billing the analysis phase.
Process
- Intake call (45 min) — cities, fleet size, known pain, and export checklist
- Sample check — we confirm fields and privacy redaction within three business days
- Analysis window — typically eight working days for one corridor
- Draft review — you flag factual corrections on depot context
- Debrief + delivery — final PDF and action list in your shared folder
Preparation
Nominate one ops contact who can explain rebalancing rules and one product contact who knows the rider funnel. Export a continuous 21–45 day window that includes at least one wet-weather stretch and one weekend with elevated tourism if your city has it.
Constraints
Work runs in Malaysia time. Multilingual rider support transcripts are welcome in Malay or English. We do not accept live production database credentials; exports only.
Pricing basis
From MYR 8,400 for a single corridor up to ~250 active vehicles. Extra cities or concurrent fleets are quoted separately. A 40% deposit confirms the calendar slot; the balance is due on delivery of the final brief.
