Purpose and legal basis
We process contact data to respond to enquiries and perform contracted work. Hosting logs support security and reliability. Engagement files are processed to deliver the agreed review, clinic, or brief. Where consent is required for optional analytics cookies, we request it via the banner.
Retention
- Enquiry messages: up to 24 months after the last correspondence, unless a longer period is needed for a dispute
- Engagement working files: retained for the project plus 12 months, then deleted or returned per the statement of work
- Invoices and accounting records: as required under Malaysian record-keeping rules
